Today was a really amazing day 🥰 my first workshop at my own yard with a wonderful group of women 🥰 the passion and dedication to learn and grow is just something that I will never tire from. We covered the basics of anatomy and locomotion, massage techniques which keep your horses comfortable and some stretches. We also discussed what exercises would be useful in terms of rehabilitation. My girls, Maya and pie were excellent, very patient and responsive to their students 🤗

What an evening!! Busy busy day today, had planned on riding when I got home this evening but decided to spend the time grooming, scratching and giving maya release through some bladder meridian. Came away feeling calm and relaxed. Sometimes it’s good to just spend the time instead of doing the “work”. I think we both appreciated this today 💞💞💞
