Hey everyone, my name is Finn Glenn. Let me start off by saying, "I am fired up to be a part of your world." I am an enthusiastic personal trainer and fitness coach who is on a mission to bring health and vitality to our community. I feel energized by the thought of being able to impact people’s lives through exercise and good health. I genuinely want to inspire and demonstrate to people that investing in their health can be the best decision of their life. I started this journey into fitness in 2010 and over the years have been privileged to train with thousands of people as a fitness coach and personal trainer. I have coached everyone from toddlers to the active retired and all ages in between. I love connecting with people and helping them build confidence with their mind and body. Somewhere along the way they become lean and strong through focus and hard work.
As a youngster, I was absolutely fanatical about football. It was my life. As I grew older, I started to play Rugby and never looked back. The physicality and pure rush of it all had me hooked. Due to re-occurring injuries I decided to stop playing in 2012 to concentrate on coaching and weight training. The injuries were accrued over the years as a result of poor technique. Part of my fitness quest has been to help young athletes prevent any unnecessary injury by introducing them to informed training concepts which is why I visit as many schools as I can to promote proper training.
I spent two intensive years studying Coach Education in Colaiste Stiofan Naofa, Cork. After graduating, I then specialised as a Fitness Instructor, certified by The University of Limerick. I went on to train for another eye opening year to become a certified Real World Combat & Fitness strength & condition coach and peak performance trainer. I'm currently working hard to promote the benefits of a living a healthy and positive lifestyle with fitness throughout Ireland.
