👣 Every step I take with my beautiful children reminds me that healing myself isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Healing is challenging to begin, often messy in the middle, but every step is worth it! I want my children to witness what healing really looks like: facing your pain with courage (because damn, it can be hard!), holding it with love, and embodying the transformation and alchemy.

Love has been my greatest teacher and the glue holding my own journey together. Walking this road with these two beautiful souls, who are both my teachers and my mirrors, I see clearly: the work I do on myself, the love I cultivate, becomes the foundation for all our journeys. Healing is love in motion. 💜

But what you can’t see in the photo is what I was carrying that day.

Grief.
Fatigue.
Hope.
All tangled together.

Healing isn’t about bypassing the heavy to reach the light.
It’s about honoring both — the ache and the rising.

This is the paradox of healing.

I sat in the water and remembered something my soul already knew:
Healing doesn’t always look like movement.

Surrender.
