Grief.
Fatigue.

Not everything that feels familiar is meant to come with you.

You’re evolving. And it’s safe.

Something that came up in a recent session with a client really stayed with me:
She realised how long she’d been holding herself in places that no longer felt true—not because they were nurturing, but because she felt obligated to stay.

🌪 Because leaving felt selfish.
🌪 Because growing felt disloyal.

But what if it’s not disloyal to honour your becoming?

What if staying small for someone else's comfort is the real betrayal—of yourself?

I know it can feel scary to step beyond what once held you… The roles you played, the spaces you stayed, the dynamics that defined you.
BUT
✨Soul work asks us to grow beyond comfort.
✨To choose alignment over obligation.
✨To let ourselves become—again and again.

This is the space - the choice point - where we can either choose what’s expected
—or what’s aligned.

Every healing session I hold—whether online or in person—there’s always one constant:

🐈 Biscuit🐈

My healing helper. The soft guardian of the space.
She inserts herself into every session like it’s her job… because, honestly, I think it is 🐾

Cats are such incredible energetic beings. Sensitive to shifts. Tuned in to what’s unspoken.

Biscuit doesn’t just hang out—she absorbs, clears, and alchemises. I’ve watched her settle on certain chakras, plant herself in front of release work, and stare intently at a client through the screen (yes, really).

Her presence is its own medicine.
Softening. Grounding. Holding.
And sometimes… blocking my view entirely. 😅
But hey—who am I to argue with the Master Healer?
