8-Week MBSR–MBCT Course
This course combines the foundations of mindfulness with techniques from CBT, helping you:
✨ Recognise unhelpful thinking patterns
✨ Reduce worry and rumination
✨ Work more wisely with emotions like stress, anxiety, or low mood
✨ Be kinder to yourself when things feel challenging
✨ Reconnect with the simple joys of being alive
Mindfulness is present-moment awareness, it’s paying attention on purpose, without judgement and it gives us the space to respond rather than react. Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn practical tools to build resilience and return to balance more easily after stress.
