The best tip ever given to me was to use my Sunday to set my week up for success!

Taking 5 minutes to write out what needs to be done and other goals I have for the week makes the rest of the week calmer.

I might not always achieve everything on the list but I achieve more this way than O did before

We had planned to go to hill of Tara today but Lexi breathing wasn't great this morning and she said she didn't feel up to it.

I love how in tune my kids are with their bodies and can recognise when their body needs rest and also that they are able to tell me how they are feeling.

It's a day of activities that are less active, the fun we are all having playing play doh restaurant!

We all need these kind of days and it is great to nurture my inner child too🤗
