Prenatal Yoga Classes with Fionnuala. I’m a Physical Therapist trained in exercise for Pregnancy and much more. Classes will go ahead only if there is enough demand for the first course. Hi everyone, I’m looking at starting a Pregnancy Yoga Class in Kilcock if there is sufficient interest. I am a certified Pregnancy Yoga Teacher and general Yoga Teacher, a Physical Therapist with a special interest in Women’s health and a B.Sc in Applied Health Science which focused on Pregnancy. I have 3 children can speak from personal experience about many of the challenges and joys of pregnancy. If you or someone you know is interested please get in touch.

Join me for Gentle Flow Yoga. A class that's suitable for anyone who has done a bit of yoga before or if none, if you're a little bit fit you'll be fine. We make it as accessible as possible as everyone will have different stories, different issues possibly going on in their bodies, and yoga is about showing up on the mat and being in the present moment, and not about being perfect in any pose. If this sounds like something you'd like then come along to class and give it a try.
There are some drop in spaces in both my Kilcock Classes - Wednesday morning 9.30am in the Wellness Centre or Thursday evening 7.30pm in the new Community Centre.
