Every week I design a class to meet the needs of the people in my group - how did I know what you need ?? Well I ask!! And whatever you tell me - what feels good, what hurts? What do you enjoy? What are your goals? I factor those in to create a class that will make you feel good!

Class goes out live at 7am on a Friday morning, but you can do it anytime you like, and repeat as often as you wish

I spend time in almost every session I have with my pelvic health patients discussing diet and nutrition and how it relates to performance, bladder and bowel function, stool consistency, comfort, mood…. The list goes on!

“Food and fluid” are one of the four pillars of health, how we nourish our bodies at all life stages is important, but often it’s at times of change that we become more cognitive of how we really feel and what we can do about it!

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Rachel and I look forward to reading and enjoying the goodness within and ultimately sharing it with my patients! 😋

Some lovely feedback coming through about the “prolapse and performance course”

There was some online theory content and then a 4 hour in person workshop led by Leah Bryans Physiotherapist and Maggie Lawler fit pro

Best thing about it is the mix of disciplines in the room, all with a common goal, sharing thoughts on how to keep our clients feeling good and keeping them active and strong!

We know, no man is an island, it takes a village , teamwork makes the dream work etc etc!

When you say to your patient, “well how are you?” And the response is “I feel amazing!”

The only sad thing is… I’ve now discharged one of my faves!!

Pelvic pain - especially something that came on initially for ‘no apparent reason’ or didn’t go away when you thought it should have, can be debilitating and sometimes terrifying!

When it’s gone, and you can get back to enjoying all the things you like, well that is Amazing! 11/10 🤩

Our goals as physiotherapists are always
Remove pain!
Restore function!
Enhance quality of life!
