I spend time in almost every session I have with my pelvic health patients discussing diet and nutrition and how it relates to performance, bladder and bowel function, stool consistency, comfort, mood…. The list goes on!
“Food and fluid” are one of the four pillars of health, how we nourish our bodies at all life stages is important, but often it’s at times of change that we become more cognitive of how we really feel and what we can do about it!
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Rachel and I look forward to reading and enjoying the goodness within and ultimately sharing it with my patients! 😋
