42 days of consistency, good food, movement, gratitude, and recovery — and wow, our community really showed up! 💙
Over the past six weeks, we asked our clients to:

☑️ Complete a minimum of 3 workouts per week
☑️ Check in every single week
We couldn’t more proud of every client who did this (and so much more)! Your consistency led to incredible results — both physically and mentally — and even earned some of you some pretty cool prizes!
