My amazing wife is running the half marathon in a few weeks for a wonderful cause Oscars kids , who do Trojan work Oscar's Kids is a paediatric cancer charity that works directly with children and their families to support them as they navigate a journey with cancer.

If anyone can spare anything at all it’ll be greatly appreciated.

After some technical issues this week I’ve finally got the total

Just shy of 54 stone lost in March by our members which is incredible and shows that we can lose when were celebrating bank holliers , Mother’s Day and all sorts, it’s a lifestyle , a mindset , a behaviour change and it’s happening each week in our classes.

Folks join us at any time and you too can lose the weight you want to lose ❤️

Chorizo and mixed bean salsa all sitting on top of an egg that’s found a home on top of delicious brown bread. A fibre choice and 5 swips and it’s really a Good start to Friday 😂❤️👀

Almost certainly the final stew for a wee while

So I gave it a good go and it was stunning !

Beef and Guinness 0.0 stew with Parmesan mash , oh my days it was unreal , this portion cost me 4 swips and 1/2 a calcium choice and was worth every bit !

I just love with , meals like this have me down 24lbs in the last 2 months , what a plan 💪🏼❤️

Final weigh in of the Month for me today and I’m thrilled to say I was down 4lb which makes it 13.5 in total for the Month of March , my aim was 1 stone for the Month but it’ll do 😂😂

Seriously though I am very happy and my plan is to very simply keep following the plan.

Want to lose weight but that first step seem impossible still? Take it , walk through the doors and you will never ever look back❤️
