Harry made a comeback and we had tears for two days. 🎤🍉

Harry released a single and Katie totally lost it. 🕺🪩

Now Harry has announced a tour with no Dublin dates, so Katie needs to try and get a ticket for an international gig (and yes, we’ve heard all about that too). 🛩️🎟️

🫀 CPR Saves Lives

Cardiac emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere. Knowing CPR can mean the difference between life and death.

3 Simple Steps to Save a Life:
1️⃣ Call 911 – Get emergency help immediately
2️⃣ Start Chest Compressions – Chest compressions in the centre of the chest
3️⃣ Use an AED – If available, follow the voice prompts

Learning CPR empowers you to protect the ones you love. Even hands-only CPR can help keep blood flowing until help arrives.

💡 Want to learn CPR? A simple Google search for “first aid courses near me” will show plenty of local options, including organisations in County Kildare such as the Irish Red Cross or the Curragh First Aid Training Centre.
