I honestly feel like the luckiest girl in the world I feel so grateful and ready for 2025
This arrived today from feelin KushTi
This is the beautiful detox products with added extra's that I ordered
I honestly have never been so excited to start a detox
And yes I will be eating food but I will be more mindful with what I put in my body
This is a brilliant start to 2025
I honestly highly recommend Laura she honestly amazing and has every type of herbal mixtures you could think of

Today was Day 4 of 12 hour shift 14 hour day
Came straight home from work
Wrote a shopping list
Went shopping
Came home
Soaked nuts ready to be rinsed tomorrow and cooked in oven with spices
Marinate chicken in soy sauce ginger garlic honey
I am a mum where it is just me and my 2 daughters
Trying my best to feed myself nutritional food
Tomorrow I will prep for the next few days as I am back in work Wednesday
I work shift work
Do what I love outside of work which is helping people holding space for them being a vessel to channel beautiful energy where the receiver receives healing then their body does the healing work
In order for me to be a clear vessal I need to norish my body the best I can
Ground myself each day
Meditate each day
Receive healigs myself to help me on my healing journey
All while running a house and being a mum
I am grateful for all I do
And I am grateful for both my girls being patient with me
