Welcome Aoife to the WW Team! 💪

We're absolutely delighted to welcome Aoife as our newest teacher, bringing her Pilates for Strength class to the timetable!

Our team is growing based on your demand and your feedback, and we couldn't be more excited to have someone with Aoife's experience and approach joining us.
With over 20 years in the Defence Forces, Aoife brings a disciplined, functional, and performance-driven approach to Pilates instruction. Her methods focus on strength and control, emphasising both body and mind awareness, core stability, and mobility.

What we love about Aoife is her teaching style - relaxed and supportive with a strong focus on helping people feel comfortable and confident in their movements. She aims to create a class where everyone can show up and feel challenged, encouraged, and at ease.

You'll find Aoife on the timetable starting this Friday at 6:45am with Pilates for Strength - a focused session designed to build core stability and functional strength through controlled practice and precise movement patterns. Catch her this Saturday too!

Perfect for anyone wanting to build core strength, those in rehabilitation, or anyone seeking controlled movement that supports overall fitness and wellbeing.

What a Day! 🙏
Two Weeks has passed since the Full Day Immersion with Lalit Yogacharya and it was absolutely class! From 8am to 4:30pm, we dove deep into Ashtanga, explored foundational alignment, worked on happy hips and balance, and finished with brilliant wisdom sharing over tea.
Lalit's unique blend of traditional Ashtanga flow with precise Iyengar alignment was deadly - making complex postures accessible for everyone in the room. His sound approach had us all learning, laughing, in a supportive and challenging environment.
The energy in the studio was unreal - watching everyone deepen their practice and connect push themselves was a joy to watch!
Massive thanks to Lalit for sharing his wisdom with our Warrior Wellness community, and to everyone who joined us for this special day. Days like these remind us why we love what we do!

Ever wonder what the real difference is between these two quiet, floor-based practices which (from the outside), can look quite similar?🤔

Both involve stillness, long holds, and lots of props — but the intention, sensation, and benefits are totally different.

🪑Chair Yoga is here — and it’s for EVERY body!

No matter your age, mobility, experience, or background — if you can sit in a chair, you can do chair yoga. Build strength and confidence for everyday tasks, improve balance and mobility and build mind-body connection, all in a supportive and inclusive environment.

🧘‍♀️ No prior yoga experience? No problem. Our incredibly kind and compassionate teacher Katie will guide you through every gentle movement with care and clarity. You’ll be supported every step of the way, we are lucky to have an expert on the team!

💺 We’ve got everything you need — chairs, mats, props, and supports are all provided. Carers are welcome too!

This is a beautiful way to bring mindful, gentle movement into your life in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

All Together Now - what a weekend! 🌟

Very little time on my phone but a whole lot of time with good people, good fun, high morale and a whole lot of good tunes! Looking forward to next year already!

Got to reconnect with old friends, make some brilliant new ones, properly let the hair down, and listen to some absolutely unbelievable artists. There's nothing quite like a festival for reminding you what really matters - genuine connection, shared experiences, and pure joy.

Massive thanks to for the assistance in partner yoga and to all the lovely people who came, laughed, and moved together. The "Connect and Stretch" session were filled with such beautiful energy - watching people discover new ways to move together, support each other, and find that perfect balance of stretch and smiles was absolutely magic.

From teaching on the grass to late-night dancing, every moment was a reminder of how powerful it is when we come together. The combination of incredible music, meaningful movement, and authentic human connection - that's what festivals are really about.

Already, there's been loads asking for partner yoga in the studio! Who's up for bringing this festival magic indoors?

Your yoga practice doesn’t have to look exactly the same every day or every week. In fact, if it does, you might be missing the whole point. The beauty of yoga is its adaptability — it meets you where you are, not where your ego thinks you should be.

✨ 1. Let your mat be the antidote to your day (if that feels right!)
If your job has you running around or lifting things all day, maybe your mat isn’t calling for a sweaty vinyasa. Maybe it’s whispering “blanket and bolster” and begging for a yin or restorative class. On the flip side, if you’ve been hunched over a desk for eight hours, a strong, energising practice might be just what your spine and spirit need. Of course, you may feel the complete opposite, and thats good too. Your practice doesn’t exist alone in a vacuum — it’s part of your wider life rhythm. And that rhythm changes, just like you do between weekdays, weekends, and everything in between.

🌀 2. Honour what your body is asking for — today.
Maybe yesterday you were upside down in your Ashtanga class, but today you just want to hang out in Child’s Pose and breathe. That’s yoga too. One of the deepest teachings is svadhyaya — self-study — and sometimes that looks like skipping a pose, modifying, or just pausing. Your body is your best teacher, and it doesn’t always speak in Sanskrit. Tuning in is the real practice — not nailing the perfect headstand.

🧘‍♀️ 3. Asana isn’t the whole picture.
There will be days when the physical side of yoga just doesn’t call to you. That doesn’t mean yoga’s off the table — it just means the practice might look different. Maybe it’s five minutes of meditation, a few rounds of calming breath, or tidying your space with full presence (hello, saucha). Yoga isn’t confined to your mat — it’s a way of being. As long as you’re connecting inward, you’re practicing.

One of the many perks of our studio is the variety of classes throughout the week - no need to commit to just one class. No need to commit to x amount of classes a week (although we do have memberships where you can save € if you do!). With drop in classes, class multipacks and monthly memberships, there is an option for everyone to choose exactly what they need.

From WW Student to Teacher - Welcome Aneta! 💜

We're absolutely thrilled that one of our students, Aneta, is joining our teaching team as a cover teacher!

It's been such a joy watching Aneta's journey in our studio - from curious student to now sharing her own beautiful practice with our community. The feedback from her intro class has already been brilliant - students are loving her thoughtful approach and the way she creates such a welcoming space. What makes this even more exciting is that Aneta truly understands our community because she's been part of it.

Her classes blend vinyasa, hatha, and restorative styles, but what really shines through is her ability to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you need a strong flow or deep stillness, Aneta creates space where you can move, breathe, and come back home to yourself.

We couldn't be luckier to have someone with such beautiful energy and understanding of our community stepping into this role.

Looking forward to seeing Aneta on the timetable - this Satruday in fact!! 🧘‍♀️

Delighted to be teaching .ie 🎪

Really excited to be part of the wellness lineup at one of Ireland's best festivals! First year doing it and it feels class to bring yoga to such a sound event.

For those who haven't been, All Together Now is pure magic - deadly music, unreal atmosphere, and they've got this brilliant wellness area where you can move, breathe and connect!

I'll be running Connect & Stretch: A Partner Yoga Experience with . Whether you're on your own or with your mates, this session is all about connection and having the craic together.

We'll be doing gentle assisted stretches, playful balance poses and some lovely supported relaxation. Partner yoga, but if you're flying solo, we'll pair you up with other sound people.

Not about being bendy or knowing what you're doing - just about meeting new people, having a laugh with your crew, and experiencing something different together. It's amazing how quickly strangers become mates when you're both trying to balance each other!

The whole thing is designed around connection - with yourself, with others, and with the festival community.

Looking forward to meeting you all in the wellness area!

All levels welcome - just bring yourself and your sense of humour. Got a mat? Deadly. Don't? No bother! Come anyway.

THE ZEN HEN! 🐓

WW had the loveliest bunch in the studio this weekend for a Zen Hen! Emma facilitated a gorgeous session for this group of friends - bit of breath work, movement, meditation, and plenty of laughs. Coffee, snacks, good craic, then off to for food.
Fair play to this group - they were in great form and the whole thing was class. This is how you do a celebration properly - no three-day recovery needed!

The bride-to-be and her crew left buzzing and you could see it written all over them. created such a lovely atmosphere for them to connect and celebrate together before heading out for the evening.
