Welcome Aoife to the WW Team! 💪
We're absolutely delighted to welcome Aoife as our newest teacher, bringing her Pilates for Strength class to the timetable!
Our team is growing based on your demand and your feedback, and we couldn't be more excited to have someone with Aoife's experience and approach joining us.
With over 20 years in the Defence Forces, Aoife brings a disciplined, functional, and performance-driven approach to Pilates instruction. Her methods focus on strength and control, emphasising both body and mind awareness, core stability, and mobility.
What we love about Aoife is her teaching style - relaxed and supportive with a strong focus on helping people feel comfortable and confident in their movements. She aims to create a class where everyone can show up and feel challenged, encouraged, and at ease.
You'll find Aoife on the timetable starting this Friday at 6:45am with Pilates for Strength - a focused session designed to build core stability and functional strength through controlled practice and precise movement patterns. Catch her this Saturday too!
