At her heaviest, Eleanor avoided leaving the house due to her poor mental health and had given up hope of ever losing weight 💔.

With the encouragement of her gran and sister, she joined Slimming World – where she lost 6st 4lbs (39.9kg), improved her mental wellbeing and found a community of supportive members 🤗.

Eleanor isn’t alone – our new research shows that members aged 18-34 who attend a Slimming World group feel more supported, have a healthier relationship with food and report improved mental wellbeing. What’s more, 72% say they’d recommend Slimming World to somebody their age 🙌.
