As I’m home for a few weeks over Winter, I’m going to be offering a special two-hour Winter Solstice gathering at the beautiful So Earth space in Kill, Naas.

A little chance for you to take some time for yourself to move, breathe and reconnect as we ease into the festive period and also welcome the slow return of lighter, brighter days.

As we move into these cooler, darker evenings, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect over the high summer months as I begin to start to slow down my work and busy-ness of life.

I’ve been deepening back into my own home practice with my teacher, creating a steady routine that feels supportive in the comfort of my home, whenever I need it.

So this is a reminder that I’m teaching online yoga on Wednesdays starting this week, a cosy Winter Warmer 4-Week Series to keep us connected.

I’m so happy to launch Spring Serenity Retreat at Quinta Bonita, Lagos, returning for the second time in this beautiful sanctuary.

Looking back at my last 3 retreats fills me with so much gratitude ✨

As I prepare for Pause & Renew in Portugal this September, I’m reflecting on the amazing people who’ve joined (some returning since day one!) and the transformations I’ve witnessed.

Behind the scenes, it’s just me planning and creating it all. When I see bookings come through, it’s such a relief and joy. It can feel worrying at times, but when the retreat comes alive, it’s pure magic.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. I hope to keep offering these experiences for years to come.
