Spring Serenity ✨

This was full circle being back here 2 years on with more experience in life and teaching. More new faces attending this retreat. All meeting with the same intention but also on completely different paths.

I always say this and it is the truth but when these groups come together in different constellations there is absolutely no mistake that this is how it should be.

The connection of people on retreat is so profound. Sometimes even deeper than tour nearest and dearest. The connection with the self is undeniably heightened.

Thank you so much to all of the people that made this experience so magical! The 11 women that attended, the people that collaborated with their amazing skills and knowledge during our sessions Leonie, Gill & Johnny.

Ivana and Clare - Talented, healing therapists. And of course the food .i the nourishment and care you gave us was incredible.

Still can’t believe this is my work, I’m so grateful to be living this dream.

Integrating all of this knowledge and healing from the most magical retreat in Mexico with my teacher

This retreat was gifted to me from a dear friend that I had shared a room with on retreat a few years ago and we made such a bond during that time, I can’t be more grateful to her.

When I attended the retreat I initially thought I wanted just rest and a time out from the world but as many retreats do, they align with so much more than that. The people I met were as if they were hand picked, going through various things in life that I learned so much from them. The practice was kundalini yoga a lineage I am relatively new to experiencing but it opened up the channels and my practice was never so strong from a meditative standpoint. We chanted, experienced Temazcal and cacao and were held by the most wonderful people and blessed land.

I faced many fears, many tears were shed but just pure peace and love was cultivated.

So grateful 🙏

New Year Nourish is something so special to us,
a space we’ve built together over the years and ita always something I can’t wait to return to every January.

As I’m home for a few weeks over Winter, I’m going to be offering a special two-hour Winter Solstice gathering at the beautiful So Earth space in Kill, Naas.

A little chance for you to take some time for yourself to move, breathe and reconnect as we ease into the festive period and also welcome the slow return of lighter, brighter days.

As we move into these cooler, darker evenings, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect over the high summer months as I begin to start to slow down my work and busy-ness of life.

I’ve been deepening back into my own home practice with my teacher, creating a steady routine that feels supportive in the comfort of my home, whenever I need it.

So this is a reminder that I’m teaching online yoga on Wednesdays starting this week, a cosy Winter Warmer 4-Week Series to keep us connected.

Looking back at my last 3 retreats fills me with so much gratitude ✨

As I prepare for Pause & Renew in Portugal this September, I’m reflecting on the amazing people who’ve joined (some returning since day one!) and the transformations I’ve witnessed.

Behind the scenes, it’s just me planning and creating it all. When I see bookings come through, it’s such a relief and joy. It can feel worrying at times, but when the retreat comes alive, it’s pure magic.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. I hope to keep offering these experiences for years to come.
