Back doing what I love.

Beautiful morning meditation yesterday,it was very special to hold space for amazing ladies.

Our intention was to bring our energy back to our selves,and allow each of us to feel grounded and connected within ourselves.❤️❤️❤️

It was our time and space to be in our being,present in the moment of connection and appreciation of each other.🙌🙌🙌

My pleasure as always to facilitate this sacred space,looking forward to next month all ready.💕

Being aware this morning of the beauty that is all around us,the sound of birds ,wind in my hair and feet moving one foot in front of the other.

Pure magic to get to walk,if you can you must as some days you won't.

Thank you all so much for your response and support for my yoga classes beginning this Wednesday in Prosperous.

Working in a slow, mindful way allows you to flow through poses with intention and ease.

My intention of each class is to bring mobility, stability, and strength into your body through gentle movement and breath awareness.

All the months of work all came down to this day......

Saturday 15th June 2024.

It has taken me a few days to allow the magic of the weekend to land in my body.

Words can not really express how I am feeling right now.

Just to say ,I am so grateful,my heart is full.

I am looking forward to the next phase of sharing what I have learnt with you all.

Beginners class coming soon.

Yoga is for everyone, so I look forward to sharing space on the mats.
