Being aware this morning of the beauty that is all around us,the sound of birds ,wind in my hair and feet moving one foot in front of the other.

Pure magic to get to walk,if you can you must as some days you won't.

Give yourself the gift of movement.

Morning walks.........

What a beautiful morning ,walking in the fog, mother nature coming awake.

The sun over the trees,the leaves falling ,autumn leaves,the sound of birds ,my mindful walk this morning filling my cup .

I am full of gratitude.

Thank you all so much for your response and support for my yoga classes beginning this Wednesday in Prosperous.

We have reached maximum capacity, however I will start a cancellation list so if you would like to be added to it just send me a dm and I will get back to you if a space becomes available.

All the months of work all came down to this day......

Saturday 15th June 2024.

It has taken me a few days to allow the magic of the weekend to land in my body.

Words can not really express how I am feeling right now.

Just to say ,I am so grateful,my heart is full.

I am looking forward to the next phase of sharing what I have learnt with you all.

Beginners class coming soon.

Yoga is for everyone, so I look forward to sharing space on the mats.

Getting to walk.

Movement is what my body requires today,so I listened.
