First Step Counselling is closed until Monday 24th of August for annual leave.

Please note all sessions are conducted via phone/Skype/zoom at present.

Hi all, Aisling here. With recent developments around Covid 19, First Step Counselling is switching to online/phone services for the time being. Sessions can be conducted using Skype, Facebook or good old-fashioned phone call, lasting 50 minutes for adults and teens 16+.
Get in touch on 0872156038 or 0877933796 by call or text or email me at info@firststepcounselling.ie to make an appointment.
In the meantime, stay safe and healthy and hopefully be back in the office soon.
