After a 10 day break from legs training it was great to get back into heavy lifting and on top of that brake our PRs i lifted 255kgs a weight I never thought was possible for me….. And James hit the 165kgs lift a new PR….. The hard work is paying off 💪🏻

Sence we have started back into the heavy lifting this man can’t stop breaking PB he is now part of the 100kg bench club welcome bro and has hit 160kg in dead lifts…… This is proof that hard work pays off….

I was looking for a excerise to improve your dead lifts and I came across this and said I’d give it a try…. Time will tell if it will make a difference in my dead lift. This exercise is great for working your hips upper and lower back and gives the hamstrings a slight workout… Dose anyone have this in there workout plan if soo how do u find it??
