I now offer CBT in addition to hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation.Depending on what your needs may be I can tailor a package to your individual needs.No two of us are at all the same .All these modalities help greatly with long term anxiety stress chronic pain anger management panic attacks phobias depression..I offer six sessions for 300 euro.
