Susan an update into my psoriasis journey x
I have suffered on and off with psoriasis for approximately 15 years after I had a traumatic accident.
I have tried every cream, shampoo, shower cream and tablet there is available in shops and pharmacies most of these things made the psoriasis worse, the rest made no difference whatsoever, I became very depressed and withdrawn and ended up on anti depressants along with very strong steroids I have to be honest I felt like I didn’t want to be here anymore.
A friend had heard about Susan from someone and how she was very good at helping people with skin and other issues naturally, so I contacted her and met her, she sat down with me and asked me to tell her everything, she was compassionate and very kind, I know it sounds corny but she has a very special gift I can’t explain it properly but she has something very special about her!

Can Rosemary Extract help hair to grow and re-grow after loss?

The answer appears to be yes — and there’s some scientific evidence behind it.

Researchers found rosemary oil to be as effective at encouraging hair regrowth as minoxidil, a medication better known as Rogaine®️, says Dr. Khetarpal.
