I’ve been off this page for a while now as life got a little hectic… that does not mean I have not been using my doTerra products. In fact when things get busy, or the mood changes, that’s when I reach even more for my oils for support. Peri|Menipause is a keen interest of mine now and has been for a few years. I think you know why….. First question is, what do I do when I’m feeling/noticing all these symptoms? they have been around since 43. I’m changing into a new phase and knowledge/preparation/education is necessary for a smooth transition.
No1. Instruction - don’t panic
No 2- take one small action, maybe look up the menopause hub Dublin.
No 3 - Quieten down -meditation - maybe go for a slow mindful walk in nature without any technology so you can just focus on you.

What did I order this week? Adaptive roller bottle, I love it and don't go anywhere without it and it's a great gift for someone you care about especially if they need to de-stress. The blend smells divine and puts you in a good mood straight away. Have you tried it?

Exciting news for all my lovely doTerra friends on this page, my face yoga certification and doTerra education are two areas that I love and adore and work hand in hand. One of my lovely yoga students asked me to make up a roller bottle for her yesterday for sleep, I have not done this before for a person outside of family so I'd said I'd give it a shot, see how it comes out. Of course, I've used all my favorites at bedtime one time or another as I love creating a relaxing ritual around bedtime or before. Sleep is so important to me and I really don't know what I would be like if I didn't get it, a bear comes to mind. I'm interested to know your favourite roller bottle blends for sleep, anxiety, feeling uptight......I've picked out my favs, lavender, cobaiba, clary sage, ylang ylang, bergamot, sandalwood, but before I come up with my final mixture I would love to hear your ideas and experiences with your blends for this purpose only. Let's get the conversation flowing....###
