There are also two upcoming workshops I would like to share with you.
Our monthly Sound Bath will take place on Sun November 17th 11 am - 12 30pm
Group Sound Meditation Bath

In this workshop we will begin with a little yoga to loosen the body in preparation for the deeply relaxing sound of the gong.

Participants then lie on the floor resting on pillows and snuggled in blankets for one hour of uninterrupted personal time. Hear and feel the healing power of therapeutic Tibetan bowls and gongs. The vibration of the instruments works through the body like a stone rippling through water bringing deep relaxation and helping to resolve physical and emotional issues. The deep meditative experience supports you in connecting you with your true self.
We will then practice a short meditation and finish with a cup of tea together. It will take approximately one and a half hours.

Date: Sunday Nov 17th - 11.00 am – 12.30 pm

Cost: 15.00 Euro

Greetings Our schedule this week at the Aanahata Yoga Center is as follows:

Monday evening There are two Iyengar Yoga classes 7pm for beginners and 8 30pm for the next level.
Tuesday morning there are two chair yoga classes 10 am and 11.15 am suitable for all.
Tuesday evening - Kundalini Yoga at 7 pm

Wednesday morning 11 am Kundalini Yoga

Thursday morning 10 am Baby massage and Thursday evening there are two Pilates classes - Choose from 7 30 pm or 8 30 pm

Friday morning 10 am Meditation followed by Art class
