Join Róisín for a Hatha Yoga series designed to help you cultivate a deeper, more embodied practice.
Rooted in Traditional Ta***ic Hatha principles, this journey invites you to move beyond the surface of the poses into presence, breath, and inner awareness.
Each session builds gradually, layering strong, intentional asana to awaken and stabilise the body, while pranayama is explored as a meditative practice, restoring energy, focus, and connection to self.
We close each class with a cosy yoga nidra, offering space for integration and deep rest.
