L'hanno chiamata "la mano di Dio"
👩‍⚕

Great self help tip from the Reflexology Association of Australia

Have you or your clients had a headache that interferes with daily life? Here is a self-help tip which may alleviate some of the pain drug free.

Migraines impose a significant burden on wellbeing in Australia according to a 2018 study*.
The analysis showed that there are 4.9 million sufferers with an economic cost of $35.7 billion.
*Migraine in Australia Whitepaper, Deloitte Access Economics Report, 2018

A Danish Health Ministry funded study on 220 migraine and headache sufferers receiving reflexology showed that 80% of recipients responded positively with a significant reduction in symptoms. This unsurprisingly tallies perfectly with our member's experiences with their clients. Reflexology aims to balance the whole body and headaches and migraines can have many different causes.
