You’ll leave with:

✅ A fully organised pitch-side kit bag & match-day systems

✅ First-responder essentials (CPR, spinal/head injury, fractures, choking
✅ Hands-on taping for ankle, knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, wrist + soft tissue
✅ Fast pre-match assessments & clear return-to-play decisions
✅ Practical management of dead legs, ankle sprains, knee injuries, hamstring/groin, shoulder dislocations, AC joint strains & more
✅ Post-match advice, follow-up planning & team communication skills

Our outdoor classes for the over 50s Our outdoor classes are based on the UCanAct international study into the value of exercise for the over 50s in the prevention of chronic illnesses such as cancer, stroke, heart attacks. They run in the fen every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am lead by physiotherapists
