Join Claire for a lightly guided Somatic Embodiment Ecstatic Dance journey. We will ground ourselves, set our intentions and dance using the inspiration of the elements while using breath and sound to activate our Chakras.

Soma is a Greek word for in body, to be present within our body to leave the external world behind and enter into the world within.

Ecstatic dance is a free form movement where you can release yourself to the rhythm and move freely. At the end of our dance you will soak up all the beautiful energy you created with a golden light meditation. This dance is for everybody, there is no experience required. You can go at the pace your body desires.
