Sometimes the starting is the most difficult part!

🤔I know exactly how difficult it can be

🤔I know that no matter how hard you’ve tried in the past, nothing has ever worked

🤔I know that you feel trapped

🤔I know that you’d love to look in the mirror and love the person looking back at you

🕺🏻I also know that the first step is the hardest to make

🕺🏻I also know that this truly works! Im just one of many many people that can stand there as living proof

🕺🏻I also know that you have to want something so bad, it sets you free

🕺🏻I also know that reaching a point of looking in the mirror and actually feeling great most days. Is one of the most amazing feelings in the world

I know all of this because I’ve been in both places! I’ve been to depths of despair and self hatred, but can also look back with the most enormous amount of pride ever, that I have achieved exactly what I set out to do.

And so can you….
