Molly took the win from Erin Friel (Letterkenny AC) in one of the most exciting races of the day at the National U20 & U23 Indoor Championships
Molly’s time betters the standard for the World U20
Championships in Oregon this summer.
Molly also broke the championship record and goes second U20 all-time indoors for 400m behind Rhasidat
Adeleke

Pia took the win in the women’s U20 race adding junior gold to the senior bronze she won two weeks ago and also clocked a new PB of 4:21.77. This also betters the standard for the Worlds U20 and was a New CR in the women’s U20 1500m

Clodagh finished 1st in her race and with a new 4sec pb.

finish second in her heat -60m . Looking forward to see this young athlete race longer outdoors .

Spent an incredible few days in Manchester last week connecting with . It was a massive opportunity to pull back the curtain on my own treatment and rehabilitation approaches for athletes, while diving deep into Wyndell’s methodology for teaching acceleration and coaching elite speed.
There’s nothing better than two professionals sharing, learning, and refining the craft. Huge thanks to Wyndell for the hospitality and the masterclass in movement. Back home now and ready to put these insights into play with my own athletes.

Fresh from the EYOF .daly1 is back in action in the 4 x 100m on Saturday. Molly has the 200m A standard for these championships at just 17yrs running 23.67 🔥back in June! Seriously talented, seriously fast!
