COVID-19 Spring booster campaign

Running from 22nd April - 31st May 2024.

The following groups are eligible for a spring booster:
• People aged 80 years and older.
• People living in long term care facilities for older adults.
• People aged 70-79 years who, following discussion with a healthcare provider, request vaccination.
• People aged 5 years and older with immunocompromise associated with a suboptimal response to vaccination.

DIABETIC RETINA SCREENING PROGRAM

This is a very important program for all patients with diabetes.

The Diabetic RetinaScreen programme is for people in Ireland with diabetes and who are at risk of retinopathy. Diabetic retina screening is available free of charge for everybody. It's for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes aged 12 years and older.

To register your diabetic patient – go to hse.ie/diabeticretinascreen or freephone 1800 45 45 55.
Alternatively, your patient can fill in a registration form online which they will need to print and have it signed/stamped by you before sending the form to:
