Limited Spaces~ Booking is essential, €30 WHAT IS A GONG SOUND BATH ?

A gong sound bath is a meditative, vibrational sound experience, for at least an hour long, with a deeply relaxing and transformative sound journey with the healing vibrations of sound healing instruments.
The participants are lying comfortably on mats with soft blankets and cushions, to be “bathed” in healing sound waves of gentle gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tongue drum, chimes, native America flute, soothing ocean drums, songs of human voice and much more...

The journey begins with a short guided meditation ~ 10min ~ is followed by the actual gong sound bath journey, where all is required is for you to set an intention, open yourself up to the experience and then receive the healing frequencies of the transformative gong and other sound healing instruments and let them wash through and over you.
A good gong sound bath not only can enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being, but also can be truly transformative.
