Some days we’re all just hanging in there… & that’s ok too 🙏
We can’t go at full speed all of them time- if we did we would burn out pretty quickly.

Instead learn to listen to your body- go full speed when you can & take a break when you need it- it’s a marathon not a sprint ✨
