Break into that 44 second teritirory was a huge goal, has gone and done it when it matters on the big stage ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Our dedication to relentless training has truly paid dividends, and weโre proud to have been part of the journey in the build up to the USA Track Championships๐ช
Now itโs time to bring it home in the final tonight ๐๐ฅ
Have a light read below of our research& experience driven ways to avoid injury ๐ช
Top 3 Tips to Stop This:
1. Pain >24 hours = red flag โ If discomfort lasts into the next day, itโs a signal your body needs recovery or adaptation (Cook & Purdam, 2009)โ
2. Modify, donโt stop โ Reducing load often speeds up healing more than total rest (Malliaras et al., 2015) โ
3. Compression + movement = gold โ Active recovery with light compression helps reduce inflammation and increase lymphatic flow (Born et al., 2013)โ
๐ฌ โNiggles are like smoke alarmsโlisten before itโs a fire!โ
If you are in a rush to get over a ni**le or pain or the we will look after the restโค๏ธ
1. Move every 30 mins โ Sedentary stiffness is real. Research shows low-level movement breaks reduce joint compression and improve circulation (OโSullivan et al., 2018)
2. Dynamic warm-ups > Static stretching โ Pre-activity dynamic drills improve range and reduce injury risk (Behm et al., 2016)
(Be sure to warm up for your sport/activity)
3. Hydrate like an athlete โ Even mild dehydration can cause muscle cramps and decrease flexibility (Sawka et al., 2007)
(If in doubt use the old wee test)
๐ฌ โItโs not old ageโitโs old habits. Move smart, not stiff!โ

If youโre serious about performance, guesswork isnโt good enough๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
You train hard, put in the reps, and push your limits, but do you truly know where you stand?
Force plate testing is the gold standard for understanding how your body moves, where your weaknesses lie, and how to tailor your training for real, measurable progress.
Back by our research driven gym & injury prevention programs โ
Itโs not just data or numbers, itโs the difference between plateauing and taking your performance to a whole new level ๐ง
No matter your sport or goal, force plate testing gives you the insights you need to train smarter, not harder๐
If youโre not testing, youโre just guessing. And guessing dienst lead to performance levels, precision does๐ฏ
Top 3 Benefits of Force Plate Testing
1. Pinpoint Weaknesses with Precision
Identify imbalances, asymmetries, and neuromuscular inefficiencies you canโt see in the mirror or feel in a workout.
2. Optimize Training for Maximum Impact
Build individualized programs that directly address your needs โ no fluff, no wasted effort.
3. Track Progress with Real, Objective Data around symmetrie, Rate of Force Development, landing forces and Reactice Strength Index
