I wanted to share the real reason behind Kilkenny Grand Sauna.

Life gets heavy for everyone. I went through my own dark patch a few years back and sauna and cold therapy helped me slow down, clear my head, and start feeling like myself again.

I know I’m not the only one who needs that.

Mental health in Ireland is struggling. People deserve somewhere they can switch off, breathe, and reset. A place that feels like a community, not just a business.

That is why I’m building this with Kilkenny and for Kilkenny.

Some people are part of your story before anything is built, before anything is certain, before the doors even exist.
Kim and Jane have been that for me.

They have shown up since this was only an idea I kept talking about, long before the sauna hats, the site, the videos, or any hype. They believed when there was nothing to see yet, only work, stress, and a vision I was trying to hold together.

Seeing them in the first Kilkenny Grand Sauna hats this morning made me stop for a second. It reminded me how much the support around you matters. How far you can go when people have your back ❤️

Grateful for these two and for everyone who has been rooting for this from the very beginning.
We are getting closer.
