Preventive Medication:
Take antihistamines, nasal sprays, or eye drops before going outside, prior to symptoms.
Create Barriers:
Apply a small amount of Vaseline or barrier balm inside your nostrils to trap pollen.
Nasal Steroid Sprays: Reduce inflammation in the nose and are highly effective for congestion.
Saline Nasal Rinses: Help clear allergens from the nose.
