It’s okay to get emotional 🤍
Over the past few days, I’ve had a number of women come to me for very different reasons… and almost all of them have said the same thing:
“I don’t know why I’m getting emotional.”
“I didn’t expect this today.”
“I’m so sorry.”
The surprise is real.
The tears come out of nowhere.
And the first instinct is to apologise.
Please hear this, you never need to apologise for your tears 🤍
So many of us were raised to be strong, to keep going, to push emotions down and hide them away, or sweep them under the carpet. But just because they’re out of sight doesn’t mean they’re not impacting us.
Unfelt emotions don’t disappear. They settle into the body. Over time, they can show up as tension, fatigue, overwhelm, aches, pains, even illness and much more.
When you book a healing session, your subconscious already knows you’re coming ✨ It knows you’re stepping into a safe space. And when you feel safe, your system allows what’s been held in to rise.
That’s not weakness.
That’s release 🌿
