🌼 PEELING 🌼
Whay its so important to add to our scalp care ?
Scalp peeling (also commonly called, but incorrectly, hair peeling) is a treatment that aims to do exactly the same as any other face or body peeling, namely to remove dead epidermis from the top, corneal layer of the skin. This type of dead skin is called keratinized. In people with dry scalp it is rough, flaky and unpleasant to the touch, and in those with oily scalp it is greasy and flaky. Its excessive growth may cause the scalp to itch and look unsightly. Too thick stratum corneum also blocks the pe*******on of nutrients from hair cosmetics during their use, which makes it difficult to nourish the epidermis and hair bulbs.
Regular peeling accelerates regenerative processes in the skin and helps normalize the secretion of sebum (a natural substance that moisturizes the skin based on sebum). Thanks to this, the hair and skin become less greasy and remain fresh longer. In addition, reducing the overproduction of sebum helps eliminate pimples and other imperfections appearing on the head and hairline. Many peels also have antibacterial properties, which also help improve the condition of the skin.
Exfoliation of the epidermis also supports the absorption of valuable active ingredients from serum and other hair products, making e.g. anti-dandruff treatment or strengthening hair bulbs more effective.
