Hi there 👋🏻 I think it's time I introduce myself!

I'm Alanna, the face behind , I am a CORU registered physical therapist. I specialise in all things muscular & joint (musculoskeletal). I also offer massage therapy for adults and babies 💆🏻‍♀️👶🏻

I've always had a passion for helping people! After many years of treating injuries as a first aider, I wanted to be a part of the recovery process. I applied for a physical therapy course, gave it everything I could. Fast forward to 2022, doors are open!

When I'm not in the clinic, I train with Straight Blast Gym Killarney 🤼‍♂️ and Killarney Swim 🏊🏻‍♀️ . And of course, out for walks with Eoin O'Riordan and our dog, Reya🐶

🙌🏻 My goal for Evolve Physical Therapy is to provide hands-on treatment that aims to ease pain, increase function and movement, and most importantly improve quality of life.

🙌🏻 My purpose here is to share tips, experiences and learn from healthcare professionals and patients.

🙌🏻 I'm excited to start this new adventure and continue to learn and grow!
