I offer personalized herbal guidance to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping you achieve optimal health naturally. I am currently undergoing training to become a Medical Master Herbalist at the Irish School of Herbal Medicine, where I am thoroughly engaged in the study of advanced herbal medicine and its therapeutic applications. My training combines traditional herbal kn

owledge with modern scientific insights to offer holistic, plant-based healing that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I am dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health through personalized herbal guidance, whether addressing specific health concerns or seeking preventative care. With a strong foundation in plant medicine, I strive to provide natural solutions that complement the body’s innate ability to heal, offering a thoughtful and effective approach to overall wellness. In addition to my training as a Medical Master Herbalist, I am a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho Healer, currently at the second-degree level, and a Kundalini Healer at the first-degree level. These healing modalities enhance my ability to support clients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

*Reiki is a holistic healing practice that works with your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies through the universal life force energy. By addressing the root cause of imbalances from the inside out, Reiki promotes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It balances energy, releases limiting conscious and subconscious thoughts, and facilitates forward movement in life. Reiki helps reduce stress, supports physical healing, enhances emotional and spiritual well-being, and strengthens immunity. As a gentle, non-invasive therapy, it can be used alongside other treatments to promote relaxation and healing on all levels. Whether you're seeking relief from tension or supporting your body’s healing abilities, Reiki offers a powerful complement to your wellness journey. Reiki translates to "spiritual energy" in Japanese. History of Reiki:
Reiki was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk, after a profound spiritual experience. He discovered a method of channelling healing energy through the hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Usui later established the Usui Reiki Ryoho system, which has since evolved into a widely practiced natural healing modality. Today, Reiki is used globally as a gentle, non-invasive therapy to support overall health and wellness, complementing traditional medical treatments. Reiki is beneficial for a variety of conditions, including:
~Stress reduction and stress-related ailments
~Relief from depression and anxiety
~Emotional balancing, self-esteem, and mental clarity
~Fatigue and sleep difficulties
~Pain reduction or elimination, as well as tension release in the
body
~Maintaining general wellness
~Navigating or managing life changes
~Trauma and grief recovery
~Pre- and post-surgery support
~Reducing side effects of medications or treatments, including
cancer treatments
~Managing chronic conditions

*Kundalini Reiki operates in a similar manner to traditional Reiki; however, instead of energy flowing down through the crown chakra, it rises up from the root chakra. Since receiving my attunement to Kundalini Reiki, I have experienced a profound sense of strength and empowerment—it is truly an incredible feeling.

Can a common backyard w**d help fight cancer? Early lab studies suggest that dandelion root extract (DRE) might do more than you’d expect.

Researchers at the University of Windsor in Canada found that DRE killed over 95% of colon cancer cells in lab dishes within 48 hours. It’s also shown potential against melanoma, leukemia, and prostate cancer in preliminary tests.

Animal studies revealed that tumors shrank in size and weight after treatment with DRE. Scientists believe the extract may interfere with proteins that help cancer grow and spread.

Still, experts like lead researcher Dr. Siyaram Pandey stress that these results are early and that human clinical trials are essential before DRE could be considered a true treatment.

Bottom line: the science is promising, but dandelion root isn’t a cure. Always consult a doctor before using herbal remedies for serious conditions.

Have you ever tried herbal remedies as a supplement to traditional medicine?

While other school curriculums drill standardized tests into kids, these children in Amsterdam are learning something revolutionary—how to feed themselves. Gardening isn’t just about plants; it’s about understanding ecosystems, patience, and self-sufficiency. It’s about teaching kids that food doesn’t come from a factory—it comes from the earth.

Now, contrast this with modern education systems that prioritize abstract knowledge over practical skills. How many people graduate without knowing how to grow a single vegetable, filter water, or cook a nutritious meal? And why do you think that is? A self-reliant population isn’t profitable for industries that thrive on dependency.

But here’s the truth: A child who learns to grow food will never fear hunger. A generation raised with their hands in the soil will be impossible to control. Shouldn’t food literacy be as fundamental as math and reading? 🌍🌱
