This weekend l decide to concentrate only on swimming.l participate in a lifeguard training.Going back through the basics of:first aid and rescue techniques.l have to say that swimming is as important as any other sports we practice.

In fact l felt that my fitness level in the water was not as good as it was in the last few months.I felt a bit frustrated because of it and at the same time motivated,to do it again!

What l mean is that our bodies needs to be train by variety of different exercises so we are using different energy systems.

I do it because it is a new challenge and new challenges - exites me. Have a good week ahead everyone and don't forget that starting something new is always good for you. @ YH Fitness

We started this Tuesday with a brilliant exercise: "Kettlebell overhead press "demostrated in the image by one of my clients, (big thank you).
Goal?
Strengthen your UPPER BODY & CORE.
At the same time that your shoulders and arms are working, your abdomen and your lumbar is active as well!
This type of functional exercises activate many muscles,improve the stability of your body,posture and also improve your strength. Something that you can bring into your programe. Start from your knees with a little weight and slowly increase...
