As a practitioner who specialises in improving human movement I’m continually fascinated by the differences between us.

We learn from examples of ‘norms’ but what is normal movement?

Your joints will dictate where your foot lands not someone’s idea of how we should all place our feet

And we ALL have lordosis! This is not an abnormal condition, but a natural curve in the spine

The degree by which your lumbar spine curves might actually differ to the ‘norms’ too....naturally!

AND...

Everyone’s pelvis tilts anteriorly too!
Again the degree by which it does this might differ too!

Be careful about picking up & throwing terminology around that is ambiguous
