Hanne Winther leads the classes at Yoga Killarney . Hanne (pronounced HA-na) has practiced yoga since 1999. It all began when she started taking an Iyengar yoga course at the age of 15. It has been a part of her life ever since. She finds the benefits invaluable. Her yoga practice provides stress relief, improved mobility, and breath awareness. Hanne has practiced yoga with teachers across North America in Washington DC, Montreal, San Francisco, Portland, and Vancouver. She continued her practice when she moved to Kerry in 2010. Four years later, Yoga Killarney was born! Hanne is a registered and insured yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. She received her teacher training from The Lotus Seed in Portland, Oregon. Her mentor, Wren Doggett, is a pioneer of non-profit and outreach yoga in the US.
