My true passion is helping people to be the best version of themselves and I have a holistic approach to Health with over 20 year’s experience in this area as a nutritional advisor and life and wellness coach. As a Nutritional Advisor and Life and Wellness Coach I want to guide, educate and above all help you to help yourself so that you can live rather than just merely exist . I can do this because I struggled with my weight for most of my life …losing and gaining the same weight time and time again. From losing weight to learning how to be the healthiest mom I could be and live a full and happy life as a family. In total I lost 7 stone. The journey has not always been easy but each obstacle I faced was a pivotal teaching moment for me. These valuable lessons have made me a more resilient woman and primed me to better help and guide all my members. I have lived all your struggles and now with the help of this beautiful Unislim Balance plan I want to guide you on your journey too … Our plan is with real food for real people with real lives .. it’s easy ,fun ,practical and family friendly with no foods off limits!!! It was all smiles in my UNISLIM KILLARNEY class this week .😉

Our lovely Rachel celebrated her 7 STONE loss milestone along with her mom with 3 STONE ..a whopping 10 STONE between them since July 2024 ….inspiring,real women who can attest that the UNISLIM plan works when you work the plan !!!! 💕🎉🥳👏

The celebrations continued with Jennifer on her I STONE which took time ,commitment and as she said herself an understanding of how her body works and the mindset of enjoying the process while still living .🎉🥳👏

Geraldine is our latest GOAL member ..with over 2 STONE loss ….she was so committed to coming to class every week ,managing her bites during the week and enjoying her weekends ….it’s a way of life for her not a diet !!!🎉🥳🙌🎊
