This amazing young woman is an inspiration to all of us .👏She has embraced the Unislim way of life as just that a way of life ..not a diet ,not a quick fix or gimmick .She believes all about balance …planning her food ,tracking daily in the app and going out at the weekends and living her best life as you should do .👏

Rachel joined me in Killarney July 2O24 and it has been such a pleasure to share this journey with herself and her mom .I am so grateful and proud as her Unislim Leader 🤗She committed to this journey by embracing the Unislim way of life ..trusting it ,trusting me and more importantly trusting and believing in herself ❤️

Living life in colour is so important to me ..This vibrant dress is a reflection of the vibrancy that life can have when you embrace the Unislim way of life ..when you eat well ,move well and think well you live well .My before photo is when I was 24 and my present photo is now at 54 ..Anthing is possible when you remember that every day is another chance to try again and always remembering that no matter the challenges or how many times you fall down ..you always deserve to get up and try again because you are worth it 💞
