Our experienced facilitators will guide you to connect to the inner you using meditation, gentle yoga movement and creative art therapy in a safe and peaceful space.

Our topic for this month is Self-care, here is a little info on our gentle movement for this month

As you move slowly, layers begin to unwind
tension eases, space returns, and energy starts to flow more freely.
The body remembers balance; the mind follows. 🌸

Each breath nourishes from within.
Each pause becomes a moment of quiet restoration.
This is self-care through softness — a way of listening, feeling, and allowing. 🤍
