Love working on little people's feet ! They are always the most responsive to treatments and can pinpoint where on their little bodies what part of their feet I am working.. always amazes me! Great results for anxiety, sleeping, relaxing little busy bodies !

Gave this little man reflexology this evening - age 12 - loved every min, found it very calming & he was fascinated with the pressure points of his feet relating to areas in his body & was able to tell me when I was working on his head & neck reflex points - why it's so great working with children as they are so intuitive !

TREATMENT OF MIGRAINES & HEADACHES:

Brendstrup & Launse (1997) conducted a study in which 78 reflexologists treated 220 patients, the majority of whom had moderate to severe headache symptoms. Three months after completing a reflexology session, 65% of patients reported that reflexology helped with symptoms, 19% stopped taking headache medications, and 16% stated that reflexology was a "cure."
