Take a look at this "Introduction to Lomi Lomi Nui" video from 10 years ago, shot in beautiful County Kerry (secret location😜) which I didnʻt share publicly for some time because I didnʻt say everything as I intended, correctly.
Nevertheless, it inspired some people to learn about Hawaiian Healing and Lomi Lomi Nui Bodywork, so here it is...

P.S. It was a beautiful sunny day in Ireland, but the ground actually had a layer of ICE on it, and my amazing volunteer model didnʻt flinch!

Interested in trying yoga but don't know where to begin? Look no further! I am excited to announce the return of my beginner's yoga course, "Foundations of Yoga," in Killorglin, Co. Kerry.

Designed for people new to yoga or anyone seeking a slower-paced class, "Foundations of Yoga" will introduce you to yoga asana (postures), meditation, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation in a compassionate and gentle manner

Everyone is welcome to join this yoga course.
We will meet every Wednesday for 6 weeks in a beautiful and welcoming setting. Starts Wednesday 10th Jan
