Look what just came in the post!

Of all the training I've ever done, this is the one that I feel so proud of 😌

It took me 5 years of clinical practice and supervision to gain the knowledge and experience I needed to apply for accreditation. It took time, im a bit of a slow burner.. but I've learnt so much in those years about regulating clients to prepare them for the journey of EMDR therapy, a journey that by no means is straightforward for some.

Im so grateful for the guidance and support of my supervisor and peers and for my clients who trusted me in the process of their trauma recovery journey. A big huge thank you 🙏 this journey of learning is by no means over, I will continue to train and learn ✨️
