🌟FAMILY FRIENDLY SLIMMING 🌟

One of the many benefits of being a Slimming World member is the fact i dont have to cook 3 different meals if I dont want to.

We can find meals we ALL enjoy

Not just that..... easy meals that even my teenager can cook 😉

She was in charge with dinner tonight and she chose Gochujang Prawn Noodles from our NEW 15 Minute Hero's recipe book.

Absolutely delish. Well done girly!!

Im not ashamed to admit that i regained weight i lost.
I was once a Target member having lost 6 stone. But now im not.
However.... I kept 4 stone of it off so thay just goes to show that those "little habits" Slimming World helped me with really did have an impact and still does.

A LOT has happened to me during my 14 years as a member.
And no surprises...... im not the same Hayley I was 14 years ago.
Throw in some perimenopause, 3 kids and a move of country...... well lets just say..... its been fun
😁 😶‍🌫️🤯

However I share here, what I've learnt and why This time is THE time.

It can be for you too.

I get it because its happened to me.
That's what makes me a good Consultant. Beacaue I've walked the walk.... I get it 💯 %

There's no shame in regaining weight. Just promise yourself you will do what you will to get to that place that makes you feel YOU again.

No judgement. No guilt. No burden of shame

Just like im doing right now......

🌟Batch Cook & Meal Prep Sunday🌟

Losing weight is not for wishful thinking..... its about planning with intention 😍

Ive lost weight every week since befire Christmas and NOTHING is stopping me right now.
I just need the plan.......

🫐Baked Oats ready
🌽Veggie rice and Pesto Chicken for lunches
🫘Big pot of Creamy Chicken & Bean Soup ready for dinner and leftovers

✅️Meal plan done and in my journal.
✅️Planning when I will fit in some movement around my work scedule

All the hints, tips and support I need as a Slimming World member (because im that first before I am a consultant) is what I get from my group as a member and all the tools I get as part of my membership
