Just returned to Ireland after spending the past 18 months living in Dubai. After moving to London in 1990 I found the practice of Yoga & Meditation & fell in love with it! Through learning about the classical union of the body, mind and soul, everything began to make sense! When I returned to Ireland I studied a Diploma in Yoga Teaching and Meditation, qualifying in 2005. Over my 12 years of teaching I developed a greater love & understanding of the Human Energy Field. I trained as an advanced level Energy Therapist, qualifying in 2011. I use crystal divining & a touch method of healing to release patterns of the past on a cellular memory level, to restore balance to the Chakras, increasing your sense of well-being, health, happiness & creativity.The practice of Yoga Meditation Mindfulness & undertaking of Energy Therapy is a wonderful gift to You, from You! Each is such a uniquely personal experience & confidentiality is sacred.

Wonderful to be back delivering training of our Mindfulness in Schools Project today. Hopefully you have all had a great break! It is a beautiful thing to witness first hand what our Mindfulness Training helps young children to achieve. Simple techniques learned in our workshops that give valued coping skills in times of difficulty & indeed in times of happiness. Allowing children to "sweat the good stuff" whilst not ruminating on the difficult. The progress that each child makes in such a short time is truly inspiring!

A Beautiful Sunshine Day to close out a wonderful positive week of Mindfulness Training Yoga Meditation & Energy Therapy. Happily going into the weekend knowing how to watch the thought traffic in our minds, accepting that "Stuff Happens" & now we are equipped with the skills to choose what thoughts to follow & to choose our actions as a result of these thoughts. We have the life skills to choose what is to be our natural "Default Setting", to choose to respond rather than to react, to choose Kindness. Begin with ourselves.
