This 6 week course is open for beginners who want to explore Yoga, but also to those who have been practicing for a while and want to revisit some of the foundations of Yoga with beginners' minds ✨️ which simply means an openness & curiosity as if learning for the first time 🙏
As it is the New Year & a great time to be setting intentions for the year ahead... we will take time to set a 'Sankalpa', which is an intention or inner vow to your highest self ... & we will revisit this intention each week & practice Yoga Nidra at the end of each class (think body scan & relaxation & Deep resting time😆)
These 90-minute classes offer space at the start of the practice to land & arrive and settle... giving the nervous system time to settle & come into balance.
You will be invited to explore breathing techniques, move through gentle stretches, play with strengthening postures & flowing sequences... balanced with restorative time to help release tension & restore your energy.
I will bring my experience & passion for teaching yoga in a fun & lighthearted way to each class & I am so excited to start this journey 😄
