I am a fully qualified Reiki Master with Reiki level 1,2 & 3, Kundalini Reiki and Scheicm & have qualified in ITEC Holistic Massage Therapy. Reiki is a Japense word meaning "Universal Life Energy" (Rei meaning Universal and Ki meaning the vital life force) - it is an ancient tradition of healing by the laying on of hands. Reiki activates & accelertes the body's own ability to heal itself. Reiki is a safe relaxing non-manipulative energy which is highly effective in the area of personal growth, like everything else around us the energy adjusts itself to the needs of the recipient which helps to achieve a state of health and wholeness.
