Get your Spring off to a restful start at our bank holiday relaxation workshop. A short gentle practice followed by an extended Yoga Nidra all by candlelight to help you rest and reset as we prepare to welcome the return of the light and look forward to longer days. This relaxing yogic sleep is suitable for everyone and will allow you to recharge your energy by consciously slowing down. No previous yoga experience needed. Friday January 30th at 7pm. Spaces are limited so must be pre booked. Cost €15pp

POWER YOGA WITH WEIGHTS

A new four week course designed to build strength and bone density while still enjoying the mindful movement of yoga with breathwork. And of course as in all our classes a lovely relaxing Shavasana session afterwards. These classes can be practiced with or without using weights and cost €40 for the course or €12 PAYG.

MONDAYS at 10am: Chair Yoga at Croom Family Resource Centre.
No need to prebook just come along and kick off your week with our fun filled sessions as you rediscover your strength and flexibility. Suitable for everyone including those with limited mobility.

TUESDAYS at 7pm: Beginners Yoga, a four week course of gentle flows to help you relax, say goodbye to stiffness and embrace movement. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

WEDNESDAYS at 7pm: Drop in Yoga. Begins January 7th

THURDAYS at 7pm: Power Yoga With Weights. A 4 week course designed to build strength and bone density while still enjoying mindful movement with breathwork. Cost €40 or €12 PAYG. Begins January 15th

Yoga Nidra
Slow down and relax after January at our yoga Nidra workshop. This yogic sleep is a highly beneficial meditation practice that brings you to a calm and restful state of consciousness. No previous experience necessary.
